Organized by IFEMA, Almoneda Navidad Antik Passion is also called ‘Feria de Madrid’. Indeed, this important fair for art, antiques and collectables takes place annually in the Spanish capitale. Showcasing pieces from the 18th century right up to the 1960s, Almoneda promotes fine art pieces that are at least 50 years old. Thus, attendees can view and purchase vintage and antique clothing, jewellery, furniture, rugs, lighting, clocks, paintings, sculptures and so on. Indeed, with more than 25,000 works of art available over the 9-day fair, the range of pieces is tremedous. Almoneda has built an international reputation for is known for its affordability and its quality. It is therefore an ideal place for new collectors and seasoned buyers. This show is also popular with interior decorators, dealers and anyone who enjoys fine objects from a bye-gone age. Visitors of Almoneda may also be interested in visiting Feriarte, an art and antiques fair taking place in Madrid in November.
