AKAA – Also Known As African – is an art and design fair held annually in November in Paris, since its creation in 2016. As its name implies, AKAA is an art fair dedicated to African contemporary art and design. This 4-day event, which welcomes 15,00 visitors every year, is known for its artistic quality and its friendly and positive atmosphere. It showcases a wide range of mediums, from painting to video installation. Talks and meetings with artists, curators, journalists, writers and musicians complete the offer of this vibrant art fair.
