BRUNEAF

The prestigious event of BRUNEAF – Brussels Non European Art Fair – brings together galleries and specialists to promote primitive art. It has become, since its creation in 1988, one of the leading art fairs displaying non-European art. Countless African, Indonesian, Asian, Pre-Columbian and Australian Aboriginal sculptures, masks, jewelry, coins and other ritual or domestic treasures change hands, from the host dealers to the heterogeneous collectors. There are two BRUNEAF events in a year: a winter edition taking place in January and the June edition. This June edition – the main one – is combined with BAAF and AAB under the collective name of CULTURES – The World Art Fair and is held in the cultural area of Sablon in Brussels.
