BRUNEAF

The prestigious event of BRUNEAF – Brussels Non European Art Fair – brings together galleries and specialists to promote tribal art. It has become, since its creation in 1988, one of the leading art fairs displaying non-European art. The range of artworks to buy is wide. Indeed, there are countless African, Indonesian, Asian, Pre-Columbian and Australian Aboriginal sculptures, masks, jewelry, coins and other ritual or domestic treasures. They thus have the change to change hands, from the art dealers to heterogeneous collectors. There are two BRUNEAF events in a year: a winter edition taking place in January and the June edition. BRUNEAF June – the main edition – is combined with BAAF under the collective name of CULTURES. It takes places in the cultural area of Sablon in Brussels.
