Frieze New York

Frieze was founded in 1991, and it all started with the launch of frieze magazine, a leading magazine of contemporary art and culture. Since that day, Frieze stages three international art fairs: Frieze London, Frieze Masters and Frieze New York. Founded in 2012, The New York edition focuses on contemporary and modern galleries with more than 190 galleries from 30 countries and 1 000 leadings artists. A fair of young talents, Frieze New York is the place to purchase art by those who will dominate the art scene in a few years. To reinforce this ambition, Frieze New York has created a special section, Frame, dedicated to emerging artists and galleries aged 10 years or younger. TEFAF New York Fall, covering fine and decorative art from antiquity to 1920.
