stARTup Art Fair San Francisco
stARTup Art Fair Los Angeles truly aims to be a bridge between forward-thinking artists and edgy collectors. Over 70 artists – from the USA and abroad – showcase their work every year in the Hotel del Sol. The intimate and informal atmosphere encourages discussions and networking between the artists on hand and the art lovers. The price range is broad enough to appeal to all budgets and there are affordable pieces starting at around $100. Thus, seasoned collectors as first-time buyers can easily find original artwork to purchase. There are two other stARTup: stARTup Art Fair Houston held in October and stARTup Art Fair Los Angeles, in February. Instead of staging their shows in convention centres, stARTup Art Fair chooses small hotels where individual rooms form the exhibiting space. The brand prides itself on supporting emerging artists and bringing their work to the wider industry. Another key point is that artists display their work independently. Additionally, performances are also part of the San Francisco fair.
