Firsts
Firsts is one of the largest art book fairs in the world and it has been taking place in London for more than 60 years. It truly is a celebration of old and rare books. Thus, London’s Rare book fair attracts annually over 150 leading galleries from around the UK and further afield. Collectors, art professionals, curators and other enthusiasts can discover and purchase a wide range of artworks. Indeed, there are medieval manuscripts, signed books, first editions, original prints, among many others. Specialists and experts attend this 3-day fair, many of whom are available to discuss their passion with the public. Additionnally, a range of workshops, such as bookbinding sessions, is available and there are live displays to watch too. Firsts takes place annually in London, just one week before the popular Art & Antique Fair Olympia.
