Autumn in Vienna rhymes since 2015 with galleries and contemporary art. viennacontemporary is Austria’s international art fair, taking place in September for an entire week. This fair highlights art from Central and Eastern Europe and showcases more than 110 galleries from 27 countries. They display both newcomers and established artists. Thus, the range of prices and styles is wide enough to suit all tastes and budgets. The fair has become highly popular over the years. Indeed, the last edition brought together around 30,000 visitors in the Marx Halle in the splendid and historic city of Vienna. viennacontemporary is one of the two international art shows taking place in the city, with Art & Antique Vienna in November.
