Edinburgh Art Fair
Established more than 15 years ago, the 4-day Edinburgh Art Fair takes place in the heart of this vibrant city in November each year. Along with Reveals Galsgow held in May, it is the only international fair in Scotland. The fair displays a wide range of eclectic artworks. Indeed, visitors can discover and even purchase paintings, prints, glassware, ceramics, sculpture and photography, among others. Around 65 galleries from around the world attend the show, presenting more than 500 artists. Part of the aim of this event is to bring art to the general public. Thus, pieces are offered for sale at budget-friendly prices, but there are high-value works offered as well. Along with well-known names, emerging contemporary artists also exhibit at this friendly fair. In brief, the fairs is a gathering event for seasoned collectors as for first-time buyers.
