Luxembourg ART FAIR
Focused on contemporary art, Luxembourg ART FAIR is a very popular show. Indeed, its relaxed atmosphere encourages collectors and art lovers to discuss contemporary art and exchange ideas and thoughts. They can as well purchase any artwork displayed as for instance photographs, paintings and sculptures. It is a fairly young fair that attracts around 80 international galleries from around the world. The aim of the show truly is to excite visitors and introduce them to something new. There are a number of established artists that exhibit, but a large emphasis of the fair is to offer space to emerging artists offering them a platform to get their work recognised. The fair really welcomes visitors from all kinds. For example, there is a “Zone Happening” where kids can unleash their creativity with brushes and colors and brushes. This 4-day show takes place annually in December, a month after the Luxembourg Art Week.
