KunstRAI
KunstRAI – previously known as Amsterdam Art – is the Netherlands’ longest-running art fair that dedicates itself to contemporary and post-war art. It’s indeed a leading platform for selling and buying new artworks that are exciting, innovative and current. Mixed media pieces, new media art, photography and sculpture can all be viewed and bought at the fair. With established and new galleries exhibiting, plus an area of booths set aside for solo artists, it’s thus the place where collectors can find new developments in contemporary art. Launched in 1985, there have been more than 35 editions of this highly-regarded art fair. Amsterdam is a edgy city for contemporary art and holds – alongside KunstRAI – some interesting art fairs as First Art Fair, Unseen Amsterdam or Annual Dutch Art Fair.
