As a central part of Berlin Art Week, when the city’s museums and galleries celebrate creativity, POSITIONS Berlin Art Fair brings together contemporary and modern art exhibitors from around the world. This fair truly reflects what is current and happening in modern art. International galleries attend to browse the exciting exhibits of 3-D works, paintings, sculpture and textiles. POSITIONS Berlin is presenting its 6th annual fair this year, and it is gaining popularity with each new event. Alongside the trade exhibition itself, there is a full programme on offer including talks, awards and tours. This four days fair is held in an hangar of the Berlin Tempelhof Airport, a vast, industrial space with very high ceilings which perfectly suits this event. There is another edition of the fair – POSITIONS Munich – that takes place annually in October.
