Art Vancouver

Art Vancouver is an art fair that illustrates three strong words: connect, inspire and educate. Since its creation in 2015, the fair has truly become an international gathering point. Indeed, it annually showcases galleries from over 12 countries with more than 500 living artists. It  the non-profit Vancouver Visual Art Foundation that has founded the show with a sole goal: presenting the up and coming contemporary art scene in the Western Canada. Winning bet thus if we consider the always increasing number of visitors.  Each edition has a special theme. For example, the 2019 edition was about “Uniting Nations Through Art”. Finally, it also offers artists talks, art classes and performances. Taking place in Vancouvert Convention Center, the show is – with Vancouver Art Book Fair – the only art fair in the city.
