Enter Art Fair
Enter Art Fair is a young show dedicated to contemporary art. Very ambitious, its aims to revolutionize our approach to art fair. Thus, it combines a classical physical fair with a state-of-the-art digital fair. On one hand, the physical fair takes place in Copenhagen in August, at the same time as a major Danish fairs, CHART Art Fair. Visitors can view and purchase artworks from both emerging and established artists. Exhibitors are eclecting as well with some leading galleries alongside young and lesser-known ones. On the other hand, the virtual fair – , Enter Virtual Fair, powered by Artland – allows the community to watch online 3D films to follow current exhibitions of participating galleries. A brilliant idea that may completely change the way visitors and collectors experience art fairs.

What would you say is the DNA of Enter Art Fair?
As the first of its kind Enter combines the well-known art fair format with a state-of-the-art digital art fair experience with 3D films powered by Artland throughout the year. Exactly as we keep the collectors curious and interested by mixing well established galleries with young and upcoming, we also do this in all respects. You will experience things at Enter that you don’t do at any other high-end art fair. Our ‘way’ is informal – but uncompromising – and represents high quality and the Copenhagen vibe. Maybe that’s why we feel we are the happiest art fair in the world.
What type of galleries are chosen to exhibit, and why?
Unique in its position as the only international art fair in Scandinavia, Enter Art Fair brings together leading and well-established as well as young and emerging contemporary art galleries from all over the world, selected by a curatorial committee. We believe that the handpicked mix of galleries in a boutique size fair gives the visitor a very interesting, thought-provoking and qualititve experience.
What is the price range of pieces? Who is the average buyer?
Besides welcoming institutions and the well-known international group of collectors Enter Art Fair also successfully targets and engages a large group of new strong Scandinavian buyers and brings them to the scene. The price range includes lithographs from 1000 euro up to unique works for millions.

What are two other art fairs you would suggest?
I always look forward to visit other art fairs and the cities they originate from. My first visit to Art Basel Hong Kong was a great experience and Untitled on the beach in Miami is also one of my favorites because of the informal, but still exclusive athmosphere in the tent.
